Probate & Trust Administration
Mr. Swinson was chairperson of the Maricopa County Bar Association’s Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Section for 2003 and 2004 and is a member of the California and Arizona state bars. He has significant experience and provides service in the following areas of estate planning and probate: Informal, Formal, and Supervised Probate Administration, Administration of Trusts, Fiduciary Income Tax Returns (Form 1041), Estate and Gift Tax Returns (Form 706 & 709).

Mr. Swinson has been practicing law in Arizona for over 35 years in a wide range of business matters. Mr. Swinson has accumulated significant experience in representing businesses and provides services in the following areas: Entity formations, contract review, and negotiation, contract disputes, partner/member disputes, shareholder disputes, mergers, and acquisitions.

Mr. Swinson provides services in the following areas of tax law: Personal, Business, and Corporate Income Taxes, Estate and Gift Taxes, and Transaction Privilege (Sales) Tax.
